To port your present number over to EEZYCHEEZY, you must ensure that your account with your number provider is active, current, and not in default for payment. You must complete a porting request application, and ensure that the porting process is completed before you can cancel your account with your provider.
If your account with your current provider is not in good standing, the porting will not be possible.
